Nissan Z32 300ZX VG30DETT HAND PORTED OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY
This is a brand new Nissan Z32 300ZX VG30DETT Twin Turbo Engine oil pump that has been completely disassembled and treated to the following process.
 
The Pump is stripped down, ultrasonically cleaned, air blasted, and fully inspected.
The Pump Body is hand de-burred.
Inlet & Outlet Ports are manually relieved & radiused.
All internal restrictions are removed. Addressing Seven Key Areas. 
The Bypass valve is relieved & radiused.
All Mating Surfaces Hand Stoned to clean up the factory Machine work
Blue Printed on Assembly.
Stock fasteners replaced with hex drive 12.9 Zinc Plated Hardware.
All fasteners are Loctited & torqued to Factory spec.
Assembly lubricant applied to all critical surfaces to get oil flowing fast on startup.
All work carried out in house ensuring total quality control.
Supplied ready for installation.

A recommended upgrade for medium to high HP applications, due to its ability to move a larger oil volume than OEM, which directly effects oil temps & bearing life.
Helps stabilize oil pressure in engines built with larger bearing clearances (race engines), can also help restore acceptable oil pressure in engines with worn bearings, to prevent premature wear and damage to other engine components.  
Improved pump durability via reduced cavitation.
Cavitation is the main cause of pump wear & failure, cavation happens particularly at high rpm due to restrictions & inefficiencies within the engines oiling system .
