New UPPERHAND PERFORMANCE Oil Cooler Mounting Bracket for Nissan Z32 300ZX

Hi Folks I recently embarked on a new project to replace the Aluminium Aftermarket Oil Cooler Mounting bracket for the Nissan Z32 300ZX that I made a couple years ago with something a bit more modern, stronger & Hi-tek.
Due to having recently expanded the workshops capabilities with a High End Commercial FDM Printer I decided to come up with a completely new design to showcase one of the Hi-Tek Polymers we are using to create Motorsport Grade components.
The Polymer we used on this project is PPA-CF.
Ok you say, well what is PPA-CF.
Polyphthalamide Carbon Fibre (PPA-CF) is a 15% carbon fiber reinforced composite filament material based on PPA (polyphthalamide or high-performance/high-temperature Nylon).
PPA-CF boasts unmatched heat resistance, capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 227°C without compromising its structural integrity or performance. This filament remains reliable and robust in extreme environments, making it perfect for Motor Sport automotive parts that must tolerate ultra-high temperatures.
PPA-CF offers strength approaching metal levels & superior dimensional stability
It is specifically resistant to oils, fuels, solvents, weak acids, weak bases, and organic solvents, while also maintaining stability against acids, alkalis, and salts.
This durability is retained even under rigorous conditions, such as prolonged exposure to glycol and extended immersion in oils (e.g., 720-hour exposure tests). The material’s chemical stability ensures long-term performance in automotive, aerospace, and electronic applications where parts are frequently exposed to aggressive fluids and chemicals.
The New Mount ended up half the weight (149grams) & substantially stronger than the previous 4mm Aluminium Version.
I am so happy with how it turned out, I am now offering them as a Oil Cooler Mount Kit on the website.
