I personally Restored these for my own project, reported to have less than 10,000k's on them.
They were cleaned up with a flap wheel, I machined the head mounting surface to make sure they were flat, they were actually perfect & only needed a light skim, Video of the flanges being machined on my youtube channel.
Coated with 4 coats of a high quality ceramic paint, New Heat Shield Bolts, Turbo Mounting Nuts & Stainless Turbo Mating Gaskets.
