The Non Replaceable Rollers/Guides Wear, all of the Pivot Points become Worn & Flogged Out & like the Glass Rollers, they contribute significantly to the Smooth Operation of the Window.
The Combination Of Worn Window Rollers, Dirty Tracks & a Worn Regulator are the Main Causes of Window Operation Issues, eventually leading to Premature Lift Motor Failure.
With the Ridiculously High cost of Genuine Lift Motors & no aftermarket replacements available, Replacing a Worn Window Regulator should be considered Mandatory.

Send in your Working Lift Motor & The Bolts that attach it to the Regulator.
I will Tear it down & Test/Check all of the Serviceable components.
If it appears okay, I will,
Fully Break Down the Motor
Clean out all of the Internals,
Either Machine or Abrade the Commutator, (condition dependant)
Check the Condition of the Carbon Brushes
Re Grease the Worm Drive Shaft & Main Gear
Check the Winding for Continuity Issues
Re-assemble & Test
Fit onto the New Regulator
Test again
This will dramatically increase the Remaining Service Life & Performance of your Lift Motor.
